I am so glad you are here. I am an occupational therapist (OT) and owner of Exhale Therapy and Wellness. I was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. I went to undergrad and grad school at University of Southern Indiana, to become an occupational therapist. I fell in love with the profession of occupational therapy as it embraces the whole person, mind and body. I love that OT also prioritizes the personal goals of clients.  I have worked in various settings as in OT; including early intervention, critical care, outpatient, and home health care.  

 

I specialize in pelvic floor therapy.  I strive to help women live life fully, without being held back by pain or leaking.  Pelvic floor issues can be embarrassing and difficult. I believe in a holistic mind and body approach to pelvic therapy. I believe in providing you a safe space to share your concerns, free of judgment and full of encouragement and hope. I believe in providing you with simple tools that fit in your everyday life to help you feel better and live the life you want.
